The CCM Tacks AS 580 Pant offers high-quality protection and mobility for the competitive hockey player. The molded spine guard creates a low-profile barrier from nasty crosschecks and seamlessly transitions into the tailbone guard for a raised comfort level. Additionally, CCM used their JDP construction in the hip caps to offer players elite-level impact protection, as the hip guards disperse impact energy away from the joint and into the soft surrounding foam. The AS 580s feature an internal belt, maximizing comfort and keeping the pants locked on the waist all game long. Lastly, players can utilize the 1" extension system as they quickly grow and can adjust their leg volume using the zippered opening. The shell is made with a premium 400D nylon with extra reinforcement in key wear areas and mesh panels on both the front and back for optimal airflow.
